Information about delivery options, order deadlines and shipping costs

Orders that arrive at www.shopbeebox.com by 4:00 p.m. will be processed on the same day if possible (availability of the products) and handed over to Swiss Post. The ordered goods are normally sent with B-Mail. Please note that parcels with a delivery date on Saturday are not possible or only for a surcharge of CHF 16.00 (incl. VAT).

Products from orders with the payment method "payment in advance" are reserved for 4 working days. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be considered void and will not be executed.

You are welcome to let us know the desired delivery date using the contact form (especially for gift box topics such as birthdays, get well soon, weddings and/or births).

We have no minimum order value and/or small quantity surcharge. A surcharge (for B-Mail postage and packaging) of a flat rate of CHF 7.00 (incl. VAT) will be charged for each order. Of course, we can also send the goods with A-Mail if you wish (please select the appropriate shipping method in the checkout)

At the customer's request, we can also deliver our gift boxes abroad, whereby the costs for this must be borne by the customer. Please note that deliveries abroad may incur customs and VAT costs in the relevant country. A flat rate of CHF 10.00 including VAT will be charged for completing the customs documents.
