Description

The Swiss Guetzli classic in a particularly crunchy and nutty version with the best organic hazelnuts, Eichberg spelled flour and a touch of gingerbread spice.


Wonderful with tea or coffee and of course every now and then in between.


Our organic spelled comes from our own production from the Mahler family's estate on the Eichberg above Seengen. Only pure, uncrossed spelled is grown. The mill in Seengen, where the grain is gently processed, is only 1km from the farm.
